Night service fee: For vehicle and driver-guide services between 22:00 and 07:00 local time, an additional night service fee of NT$500 per day will be payable on-site. 4. If, during the actual itinerary, the client's exploration time exceeds the 10-hour standard service range, overtime fees will apply. Clients are required to pay the overtime fee directly to the driver-guide. * Driver-guide refers to a driver who also serves as a guide. |

If a guest cancels the itinerary due to personal reasons, the charges will be processed according to the standards specified in the "Standard Form Contract for Domestic Travel" issued by the Tourism Bureau:
- Cancellation 41 days or more before departure: 5% handling fee on the total tour cost.
- Cancellation 31 to 40 days before departure: 10% handling fee on the total tour cost.
- Cancellation 21 to 30 days before departure: 20% handling fee on the total tour cost.
- Cancellation 2 to 20 days before departure: 30% handling fee on the total tour cost.
- Cancellation 1 day before departure: 50% handling fee on the total tour cost.
- Cancellation on the day of departure, late arrival, leaving the group due to personal reasons, and no-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
