Adjustments may be possible to suit your group's pace, subject to driving time, service hours, road conditions, parking and attraction reservations. If you need to change your departure time, please confirm with your driver or customer service at least one day in advance where possible.

What insurance is included? Should I also purchase my own travel insurance?
The insurance included is as specified in your formal order and contract. Liability insurance primarily covers liabilities arising under applicable law. We still recommend purchasing separate travel insurance covering overseas medical expenses, accidents and travel disruptions.

Important Information Before Booking:

• We recommend completing your booking at least 1 week before the service date. Please enquire earlier for long holiday periods and peak seasons.
• Prices shown on this page are for reference on standard dates. Actual prices are subject to your consultant's formal quotation, which is valid for 7 days.
• 2 child safety seats can be provided free of charge with your private car booking. Please request them when booking if needed.
• Itineraries can be customized. Please provide your preferred attractions, daily pickup and drop-off locations, and hotels.
• When booking, provide complete passenger numbers and luggage sizes and quantities so we can confirm whether the vehicle is suitable.

Overseas Travel Cancellation and Refund Terms:
If a traveler terminates the contract before departure for personal reasons, the matter will generally be handled in accordance with the Standard Form Contract for Overseas Travel announced by Taiwan's Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, and the travel contract signed by both parties:

• 41 or more days before the trip begins: 10% of the tour price.
• 21–40 days before the trip begins: 20% of the tour price.
• 2–20 days before the trip begins: 30% of the tour price.
• 1 day before the trip begins: 50% of the tour price.
• On the day the trip begins, after it begins, or in the event of a no-show without notice: 100% of the tour price.

The percentages above are calculated after deducting administrative fees from the tour price. Natural disasters, flight cancellations and other force majeure events must be handled individually according to the cause, necessary expenses already paid, the formal contract and applicable laws. A full refund should not be assumed in every case.
