Additional expenses incurred due to unforeseeable circumstances such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations, and equipment malfunctions 3. Night service fee: For vehicle and driver services used between 22:00 local time and 07:00 the next day, an additional night service fee of NT$ 500/day will be paid on-site to the driver. 4. If the actual travel time exceeds 10 hours per day due to extended sightseeing by guests, an overtime fee will be incurred and should be paid directly to the driver. |

l Cancellation 2 to 20 days prior to departure incurs a 30% processing fee on the total tour cost
l Cancellation 1 day prior to departure incurs a 50% processing fee on the total tour cost
l Cancellation on the day of departure, no-shows, leaving the group due to personal reasons, and participants who do not inform us of their absence will not be eligible for a refund
