Hanoi Train Street

The second scenic spot, Hanoi Train Cafe Street is located in the old city of Hanoi. Trains pass through this street regularly every day, making it a unique scenic spot in Hanoi. The guide will take you to experience Hanoi Train Cafe Street, where you can try our Hanoi special egg coffee.

The history of Train Cafe Street can be traced back to the French colonial period, when the French built a railway in Hanoi, connecting the center of Hanoi and its suburbs. The railway was built along the original road, so there are many narrow streets along the way, including the current Train Cafe Street. Tourists can sit down in cafes on the street, drink a cup of coffee, wait for the train to pass by, and feel the excitement and shock of the train passing by.

Later, Vietnamese kings and officials also held imperial examinations here to select talents, making it one of the most important educational institutions in Vietnamese history.
