Thoughtful Reminders

1. For those prone to motion sickness on longer journeys, we recommend preparing in advance and considering your own health condition.

2. The actual vehicle model will depend on the availability on the day. If you have a large amount of luggage, please inform our customer service for arrangements of a larger vehicle.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of customer-initiated cancellations, fees will be processed in accordance with the "Standardized Domestic Travel Contract" published by the Tourism Bureau.

l   Cancellations made 41 days or more prior to departure will incur a 5% administrative fee of the total travel cost.

l   Cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to departure will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total travel cost.

l   Cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to departure will incur a 20% administrative fee of the total travel cost.

l   Cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to departure will incur a 30% administrative fee of the total travel cost.

l   Cancellations made 1 day prior to departure will incur a 50% administrative fee of the total travel cost.

l   Cancellations on the day of departure, failure to arrive on time for assembly, voluntarily separating from the group due to personal reasons, or non-participation without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds.

l   No refunds will be given for incomplete itineraries due to sudden weather changes or personal factors.

l   In the event of trip cancellations due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes, natural disasters; unfavorable sea conditions preventing travel), one free rescheduling is allowed or a refund of the remaining balance after deducting necessary fees and a 5% administrative fee of the total travel cost.
