Especially in the early morning and evening, when the sun shines on the earth, the scenery is more charming. Observation decks usually have viewing platforms for visitors to stop, take pictures and enjoy the view.

Santichon Village

Thais call this a Chinese village, and it is also a tourist attraction in northern Thailand. Speaking of this, I want to talk about history. During World War II, there was a team of 93rd Division. The 93rd Division originally belonged to the Eighth Army of the former Kuomintang in Yunnan. After the Kuomintang was defeated in 1949, because there was no retreat, they had to enter the current Golden Triangle area and stay there. The remnants of the original Kuomintang Anti-Japanese Expeditionary Army were merged into the 93rd Division. Let the Thai and Burmese governments face up to this force for the first time, so they encircled and suppressed it several times but failed. In the end, the Thai government realized that it was not an opponent of the 93rd Division, so it took the initiative to make a peace.

They have a certain degree of cooperation with the Thai government, accept the support and asylum of the Thai government, and set up military camps and activity bases in Thailand, but the condition is that the 93rd Division is required to be a mercenary to encircle and suppress the Thai Communist Party, which is also difficult for the Thai government forces. guerrillas. That piece of land is a hilltop in today's famous Golden Triangle area.

More than 70 years have passed, and there are more than 100,000 officers and soldiers of the 93rd Army and their descendants, forming nearly 100 Chinese villages, and Nanhu Mountain Village is one of them. The area of Nanhu Mountain Village was once inhabited by hill tribes who lived on agriculture, growing rice, fruit trees and vegetables. With the development of tourism, Pai County has gradually become a popular destination for tourists.

There are many small huts with Yunnan characteristics in the village. Lanterns are hung in front of the shops, red couplets and Huichun are pasted, and there are many Yunnan-style delicacies.

Wat Nam Hu

There is always clear water from the head of a Buddha statue in Wat Nam Hu, which is regarded as holy water by the people. You can also see portraits of Emperor Nalixuan, his sister and younger brother, and his favorite wood carving of a rooster everywhere.

Coffee in Love

Pai County is a valley town surrounded by mountains with beautiful scenery. It is the filming location of the Thai movie "Pai in Love ". Coffee in Love is a must-see tourist attraction in Pai County.

Love Strawberry Pai

Strawberry Park is also one of the filming locations of "Pai in Love". The Love Strawberry Pai at the entrance is a popular check-in spot for tourists. The park is full of lovely strawberries that are transformed into hearts. It is a good place for couples to take pictures here. Strawberry gifts, strawberry juice, strawberry ice cream, etc. .

Pai Canyon

Pai Canyon is a naturally formed canyon landscape that has not been artificially destroyed. The original natural landscape is surrounded by cliffs on both sides, but the walking road is not wide, the terrain is rugged, and there are no safety guardrails on both sides, so it is really easy to walk but fear.
