1. Guide service fee, fuel cost, toll fees, parking fees, insurance (TWD 2 million/person).

2. Guide's accommodation and meal expenses.

3. 10-hour vehicle usage fee.

4. Chinese-speaking driver-guide for vehicles with nine seats or fewer. For larger vehicles, additional tour guides can be arranged, please consult customer service.

5. Hotel and homestay doorstep pickup service.

6. Complimentary use of on-board amenities.

►The fee does not include

1. Accommodation expenses, meal costs, entrance fees, and other personal expenses.

2. Additional expenses incurred due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, flights, mechanical failures, flight cancellations, or schedule changes.

3. Night service fee: For vehicle and guide services used between 22:00 and 07:00 local time, an on-site payment of TWD 500/day for the guide's nighttime service fee.

4. If, during the actual itinerary, the customer's sightseeing time exceeds the standard 10-hour service range, overtime fees will apply. Customers should directly pay the overtime fee to the guide.

►Overtime fee charging standards

1. 9-seater VAN, including the following vehicle types, charges TWD 500/hour.

2. 9-seater large T and above vehicle types, charges TWD 1000/hour.

Unsubscribe rules

Cancellation of the itinerary by the customer due to personal reasons will be processed in accordance with the standard terms specified in the "Standardized Contract for Outbound Travel" issued by the Tourism Bureau:

- If the cancellation occurs 41 days or more before departure, a handling fee of 5% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days before departure, a handling fee of 10% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellations made 21 to 30 days before departure will incur a handling fee of 20% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 2 to 20 days before departure will incur a handling fee of 30% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made 1 day before departure will incur a handling fee of 50% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made on the day of departure, late arrival at the meeting point, personal withdrawal without notice, and non-participation without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
