1. Driver/guide service fee, fuel cost, tolls, parking fees, insurance (TWD 2 million per person)

4. Chinese-speaking driver/guide for vehicles with up to 9 seats; for larger vehicles, an additional tour guide can be arranged upon inquiry with customer service

►The fee does not include

1. Accommodation expenses, meal costs, entrance fees, and other personal expenses.

2. Additional expenses due to force majeure events such as traffic delays, strikes, weather conditions, flight delays or changes, aircraft malfunctions, flight cancellations, etc.

3. Night service fee: For vehicle and driver/guide services used between 22:00 and 07:00 local time, an additional fee of TWD 500/day for night service is payable on-site.

4. If the actual itinerary extends beyond the standard 10-hour service range due to extended sightseeing by the customer, an overtime fee will apply, and customers are required to pay this fee directly to the driver/guide.

2. TWD 1000 per hour for large vans with more than 9 seats.

Unsubscribe rules

Cancellation of the trip due to personal reasons by the customer will be handled in accordance with the standard regulations of the "Standard Form Contract for Overseas Travel" issued by the Tourism Bureau:

- If the order is canceled more than 41 days before departure, a 5% processing fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations between 31 and 40 days before departure, a 10% processing fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations between 21 and 30 days before departure, a 20% processing fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations between 2 and 20 days before departure, a 30% processing fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day before departure, a 50% processing fee of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellations on the day of departure, failure to meet at the designated time, voluntarily leaving the group for personal reasons, and non-participation without prior notice are non-refundable.
