►Presidential Office Building & Chiang kai-shek memorial hall
The Presidential Office Building is the place where the flag raising ceremony is held on New Year's day and National Day in Taiwan. Designed by renowned Japanese architect suke morayama and yohei nagano, completed in 1919. The Chiang kai-shek memorial hall was built in memory of Chiang kai-shek, the late President of the republic of China.

Located next to the fruit and vegetable market on binjiang street and adjacent to the Taipei fish market, it is said to be the freshest sashimi in Taipei. ►National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine & Grand hotel
National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine is a temple for soldiers, police and people of the state army who died in the republic of China. Grand hotel is a landmark Chinese style hotel in Taipei. It was established after the second world war and was the leading international hotel in Taiwan in its early years.

Cancellation Regulation
Prior to departure, guests who cancel the booking are subjected to the following cancellation schedule in accordance with the "Standardization of Overseas Tourism Contract" issued by Taiwan Tourism Bureau:
l For cancellation received more than 41 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 5% of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.
l For cancellation received between 31 to 40 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 10%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.
l For cancellation received between 21 to 30 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 20%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.
l For cancellation received between 2 to 20 days before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 30% of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.
l For cancellation received 1 day before the departure date, there will be a cancellation penalty of 50%of the tour expense which the guests had purchased.
l For cancellation received on the day of the departure date, no refund which the guests had purchased.
