Freediving Professional Course

  • Free diving Experience: A three-hour experience course at the beach

  • A1 Course: A full-day introductory course in calm waters (or a pool) (1 day)

  • A2 Course: A beginner's course from calm waters to open ocean waters (3 days)

  • A3 Course: Advanced course in various skills (3 days)

 

If you are unsure about your own condition or not confident in your swimming ability, you can first sign up for an experience course or AIDA1 to understand your own level and condition.

If you are not afraid of water, have a certain level of swimming ability, or can swim, it is recommended to directly enroll in the AIDA2 course.

 

AIDA2 Course Content

Theory Lectures (Classroom Sessions): 2 classes (about 3-4 hours) covering physics, physiology, equipment introduction, diving techniques, open water environment briefing, and free diving safety lecture.

Pool Practical Training (Calm Water): 2 classes (about 3-4 hours) focusing on static apnea, dynamic horizontal diving, rescue training skills, underwater simulated rescue of LMC, BO divers, and open water diving techniques.

Practical Training (Open Water): 3 classes (about 5-6 hours) covering equipment wear, entry techniques, using a buoy for rope climbing warm-up exercises, neutral buoyancy diving, buddy system, underwater simulated rescue of LMC, BO divers.

 Diver's Entry-Level OPEN WATER Course

 The course is divided into three parts (at least 3 days):

 1.Knowledge Development (Theory)

 Physical Classes → Taught personally by an instructor.

 2.Knowledge Development Course (Pool Sessions)

 The instructor will teach students in the pool to recognize and use equipment and thoroughly teach all the skills necessary for the course.

 Class Duration: 4-6 hours

 3.Open Water Dives (Practical Diving)

 Four actual dives, mastering course techniques and applying them in practice until they are performed proficiently and fluently.

 Learning to dive is not just about passing a test, but about properly learning, applying, and understanding diving during the process of obtaining certification.
